Swee Hoon Ong founded SHOAlign after more than 25 years of leading transformation inside Fortune 500 companies across North America, Asia, and Europe. She saw the patterns firsthand: leaders stretched thin, systems misaligned, cultures drifting from their values. Too often, the quick fixes didn’t last. What people needed wasn’t another framework or consultant report—they needed clarity, ownership, and a trusted partner who could help them make the implicit explicit.

Swee Hoon Ong is an internationally respected executive coach and organizational development consultant with 25+ years of experience guiding leaders and teams through high-stakes transformation. She has held senior roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Mattel, Motorola, and Juniper Networks, and led enterprise-wide change that impacted tens of thousands of employees worldwide.

She holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, executive coaching certification from the Hudson Institute, and advanced credentials in team facilitation, team coaching, leadership assessments, and cultural transformation.
